Almost 14 years ago I started a blog with this exact same header – it was April of 2010, and I was concerned that the Internet had gotten away from me. I may have been right, but it really doesn’t seem that much has changed. The pages are prettier and there is more content, but the quality of content averages out pretty much as it did back then. The internet today has some very intelligent and interesting stories and commentary, a lot of self-absorbed ranting and porn.

As I develop and expand this site, I can only promise that it will have very little porn, but the mix of the first two is uncertain at best.
